Wine for today’s younger connoisseur. For this project we only had to design a label for a regular style wine bottle, but I decided to go a step further and design a new bottle; something that would appeal to younger wine drinkers as the traditional wine bottle and traditional label designs carry with them notions of rich, stuffy, old, boring people.

The landscape on the label was modelled and rendered in Bryce 5 and was then taken to Illustrator where it was drawn over in the same style as the Vanessa Williams poster. Afterward the text was added for the bottle label and the image was cropped for the box design. The label and box design were then added to the 3d models of the bottle and box which were modelled and rendered in Lightwave 3d for this final “product photoshoot” image.
