The owner of the Lil’ Apple Deli—who is a friend of mine—ran out of her stock of Sub Club Cards and my brother—who is also a friend of the owner—came up with the idea of having me design her new ones. She liked my design for her Sub Club Cards so much that she asked me to redesign her menu. Her original menu was very plain and had very little actual design to it. I gave her a vibrant, almost living, menu as well as a new map that is not only stylish but legible.
She has gotten many compliments on her new menu and Sub Club Cards and I have gotten several free sandwiches in payment.
