Chris Anemone currently lives in Orlando Florida where he sporadically attends Valencia Community College taking various and sundry classes in no apparent order just because. He acquired his AA degree in 2000 and will be getting his AS in Graphic Design in the next few months.

He is a computer geek and does some freelance computer repair while also being the tech support whipping boy for his friends and family who own computers. While he likes what he does he can often be found recommending to his clients that they buy a Macintosh for their next computer as it will make his and their lives easier...for the most part.

Yes, Chris knows Windows—he used it for 10 years—but he is now a die hard Mac convert and has been since getting his trusty 17 inch PowerBook two days before Hurricane Charley decided to grace Florida with his presence. Chris currently can't decide whether or not he wants a 24 inch iMac, a MacPro, or a MacBook Pro and is not adverse to anyone who wants to help him buy any of them (donations gladly accepted!) let alone all three.

Chris likes reading science fiction as well as watching it. One day he even hopes to write some of his own. He also has one of the most eclectic tastes in music you'll probably ever see as his collection ranges all the way from American pop music to obscure Hungarian folk singers with a large bit of Baroque harpsichord, 21st century Avant Garde, Celtic, New Age, Turkish Pop, and Bollywood sound track music mixed in.

While generally a quiet person who keeps to himself, Chris can be quite social when in comfortable surroundings. In such surroundings you will find that he has a twisted sense of humour and will laugh at pretty much anything funny no matter how appropriate it may or may not be. Also, his political views are mostly liberal though he does have some conservative tendencies. Aside from that he is a rather casual fellow who would absolutely love to be able to work in a place that would allow him dye his hair blue again--you know, while he still has any left to dye.

As far as his design skills go; he loves typography and will spend as much time as necessary to make sure that even simple memos and such will look good. He one day hopes to design his own high quality text faces to be released to the public for free or for a small fee as he believes Times New Roman and Arial should be erased from every computer and replaced with something that actually looks good. Please don't even ask him for his thoughts about Comic Sans.

He also tends to prefer more minimal styles of design but can do the more complicated/"out there" types of design when necessary.

Finally, if you've read through all of this congratulations. If you haven't...well, then, you probably wouldn't be reading this part here so the subject is kind of moot isn't it? Oh well, no matter; have a great day and a pleasant tomorrow!
